City of Helsinki Urban Facts has released a book to document the organisation of Eurovision Song Contest in Helsinki in 2007. The book is the first of its kind ever and consists of 10 articles surveying how the contest was experienced by people of Helsinki, how the contest affected the output of music in the city and how the contest was seen in economic terms in the local tourism. The visibility of the contest was surveyed in the media of 27 countries. Also in the book there are discussions with contestants and visitors to the contest and analysis on Eurovision music and artists in previous years. The book "Täydet pisteet - Twelve Points. Eurovision laulukilpailut Helsingissä 2007 : Eurovision Song Contest Helsinki 2007" is edited by Vesa Keskinen and is part in English. The 148 page book retails at 25 Euro via Granum.uta.fi
City of Helsinki Urban Facts was created in 1990 through the merging of the City Statistical Office and the City Archives. Helsinki Urban Facts consists of four divisions and it has around 70 employees.
